I am a huge horror fan and want to incorporate that in my art to share my love for everything weird and creepy. My name is Vincent and I'm a 21 year old digital artist who loves horror and morbid things.I am Portuguese but I speak English fluently!I've been drawing my whole life but only started taking commissions in january 2022I'm taken by my beloved Mimi who is also an artist! :]

• Text and speech bubbles are optional, if you wish to have text let me know which phrases you want.

🔪 Customer Satisfaction 🔪• Estimated time -> 2 ~ 4 weeks (each commission) subject to increase or decrease depending on queue, personal life and complexity of details.• I don't hold slots for more than 48H! if I don't receive payment until 48h after discussing the commission details I will move on to the next commissioner.• Obviously, commissions are a priority to me, but that doesn't mean I am obligated to work on them only, I can draw and post other art I did in between commissions.• My artstyle is constantly changing and might not be the same from one piece to another.• If I cancel or don't accept your request, I don't have to give you the reason. Of course, if that happens, I will refund you 100% of the commission price.🔪 Deadlines / Refunds / Cancellations 🔪• I do not accept commissions with a deadline unless you are willing to negotiate a fee depending on how fast you need it.
( 20%-50% of the original price)• Any mistakes made on my behalf I will correct free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information, bad reference, not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission or when the WIP was accepted while including that feature, I am not obligated to correct or change it.• Commissions are non refundable. Please be sure before commissioning me.🔪 Workflow 🔪1. Communication - If you're interested in my commissions DM me about it! If I have free slots at the time I'll accept your request and we'll discuss the details of your commission.2. Payment - I'll start working on your commission after receiving the full payment.3. Queue - After payment, I'll add your name to my queue list (trello), where you can follow the progress of your commission.4. Process - I'll send you a preview of the initial sketch to make sure everything's ok, after that I probably won't send any updates unless you ask for it.5. Delivery - I'll send you your finished commission on a google drive link so you can download it with the best quality!6. Posting & crediting - Don't forget to credit back to my art account if you post it.

🔪 Permissions and copyright 🔪• If you post your commission piece somewhere else, please credit back to me.• You are only purchasing a digital file.• I have all the rights to my artwork. Even if it's commissioned by you, the art still belongs to me.• I retain the right to post all commission work publicly for promotion. I always credit the commissioners unless they prefer to remain anonymous.• You may NOT draw over / trace / edit / reference the artwork under any circumstances.• The commissioner is never permitted to edit/modify, distribute, repost, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising. All artworks are for PERSONAL use only, unless you pay the commercial fee or the printing fee.↪ to use my work for advertising you have to pay the commercial fee, which consists of 30%+ of the original price.↪ to make merchandise with my work you have to pay the printing fee, which consists of 50%+ of the original price.
